Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough investigations and provide detailed reports on alarm discrepancies, ensuring timely resolutions.
2. Design, implement, and monitor innovative technical solutions aimed at minimizing alarm occurrences while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
3. Actively contribute to the adherence of site safety protocols and ensure that alarm reduction initiatives align with established quality benchmarks.
4. Continuously monitor, identify, and execute enhancements to achieve a significant reduction in total alarms across processes and equipment.
5. Perform trend analyses of alarms utilizing the DCS Delta V control system to drive effective reductions.
6. Prioritize safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) compliance as essential operational metrics.
7. Uphold the principles of Good Data Management and ensure data integrity within your team.
8. Maintain regular communication with plant personnel regarding process updates and changes.
9. Provide training to process technicians on updated procedures related to alarm management improvements.
10. Ensure compliance with approved procedures and make necessary updates as required.
11. Take ownership of documentation, training, and process knowledge concerning alarm management.
12. Serve as the subject matter expert and system owner for alarm management initiatives, presenting the system to both internal and external auditors.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical Engineering, or a Degree in Science with a major in Chemistry.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in a relevant manufacturing setting.
- Prior experience with DCS Delta systems is essential.
