We provide exterior, self-adhesive Air and Waterproofing systems for commercial and residential buildings. tesa SE not only offers a broad assortment of industrial tapes, but also a comprehensive tape consultancy service that takes specific customer needs into account. Our technical support engineers consult companies with their individual requirements and support them in finding the perfect pressure-sensitive tape solution for their application cases and processes.

What you will do:
- Support the Air and Waterproofing business by conducting tests in the lab and providing recommendations to sales and customers alike
- Technical support for product development with a focus on permeable air barrier, flashing and roof underlayment tapes
- Conduct internal and external product training courses and attend tech days, trade fairs and open house events
- Analysis of competitive solutions and market trends
- Visit customers domestically
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Material Scientist)
- 2-3 years of experience in engineering or manufacturing (product development preferred)
- Analytical and process-oriented thinking and systematic approach with high technical aptitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Must be available for auto/air travel of approximately 20% of the time
