Role of the Customer Success Team:

The Customer Success Team plays a crucial role in our organization, assisting clients by troubleshooting issues and offering insights about our software. Each interaction requires innovative thinking and expertise to effectively resolve challenges. Collaboration with various departments is essential to ensure optimal software performance and to enhance customer satisfaction.

Position Purpose:

As a Customer Success Associate at RevolutionEHR, you will embark on a well-defined career trajectory that will enhance your communication abilities, product knowledge, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist current clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues through various communication channels.
  • Develop training materials and content in your areas of expertise.
  • Contribute to the Knowledge Base by creating informative articles.
  • Conduct personalized sessions with new clients to provide necessary guidance.
  • Maintain detailed records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Offer feedback to the Product Development Team for future software enhancements.
  • Support the Quality Assurance Team with testing new features as required.

Qualifications for Success:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical or optometric environment is required.
  • Proficiency with EMR/EHR software is essential, with experience in roles such as technician, optical assistant, or office administrator.
  • A strong commitment to customer service with a proven track record in remote support.
  • Ability to independently research and provide timely solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with application sharing tools.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is necessary.

Compensation:

At PracticeTek, we consider a variety of factors when determining compensation, including market conditions and individual qualifications. The expected salary range for this position is between $33,050 and $68,650.
