Compensation range: $25.25-$28.15/hourly
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance, including the organization and upkeep of files; prepare correspondence and reports; manage office procurement for training, supplies, and other needs; and coordinate travel and expense documentation.
- Develop presentations, reports, and documents utilizing desktop publishing tools and digital design.
- Generate information by formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
- Oversee daily office operations such as sorting mail, answering phone calls, making copies, welcoming visitors, scheduling appointments, and maintaining executive calendars.
- Interpret organizational policies and procedures while handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Greet guests, clients, and officials in person or via phone; respond to inquiries or direct them appropriately.
- Safeguard customer trust and protect operations by maintaining confidentiality.
- Facilitate project completion by delegating tasks to clerical staff and following up on outcomes.
- Provide historical documentation by creating and managing filing and retrieval systems; record meeting discussions.
- Enhance professional and technical expertise by attending workshops, reviewing industry publications, building personal networks, and engaging in professional organizations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Candidates must have a minimum of two and a half (2-1/2) years of full-time equivalent executive assistant experience supporting a designated executive-level professional or administrative role in a highly confidential work environment, including responsibilities such as information collection and analysis, project management, correspondence preparation, and agenda setting.
- AND -
- Typing Skills: Candidates must demonstrate a minimum corrected typing/keyboarding speed of 50 WPM or higher.
