We are seeking an experienced Senior Nursing Leadership professional to join our team at Forest Park Health Campus. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to lead and manage nursing operations while providing high-quality care for residents.

About the Role:

  • Assist the Director of Health Services in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Service Department.
  • Coordinate with the Director of Health Services to select, retain, develop, and lead the clinical team.
  • Implement and maintain our clinical staffing model, ensuring continuity of resident care.
  • Participate in Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) programs and prepare for facility surveys.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as completing medical forms and reports.
  • Provide direct nursing care as needed, including on-call duties.

About You:

  • A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in healthcare administration or leadership.
  • A current, valid state RN license and CPR certification.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
