Richmond National Insurance Company seeks a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our effective HR team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in professional recruiting and an entrepreneurial mindset.

The Role

This senior role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. It requires collaboration with hiring managers to gather job requirements and develop a comprehensive recruiting plan for each position. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Maintaining up-to-date job descriptions and job postings to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to identify the most suitable candidates.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and all applicable employment laws throughout the recruitment process.

In addition to these primary responsibilities, this senior-level position involves evaluating and refining recruiting processes to reflect industry best practices, promoting fairness, inclusivity, and regulatory compliance. A key aspect of this role is ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience to enhance the company's reputation as a 'Top Workplace' in Richmond.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience recruiting for professional roles.
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes, such as phone interviews, reference checks, in-person interviews, and career fairs.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and manage relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • The ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and/or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office applications.

Prior experience in technology, insurance, or financial industries is beneficial but not mandatory.

Estimated Salary Range

This senior-level position comes with an estimated annual salary range of $85,000 - $110,000, based on national averages for similar positions in the Richmond area.
