Job Summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Help Desk Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will provide technical support and assistance to store employees, ensuring seamless operation of our computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
  • Assist with the identification and implementation of solutions to enhance functionality and value
  • Troubleshoot Point-of-Sale equipment and peripherals, including credit card readers and printers
  • Support store applications, including inventory management and customer satisfaction tracking
  • Collaborate with various technicians and teams to resolve technical issues
Requirements
  • Associate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology
  • 0-1 year of IT or Sherwin-Williams Store experience
  • Basic understanding of computer administration concepts and LAN/WAN environments
  • Conversational competency in speaking/writing Spanish is a plus
