Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Electrician Training Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our instructional staff, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch electrical trade training programs to our students.

Responsibilities
  • Instruct program participants in trade skills using approved curriculum.
  • Develop curriculum and supporting training materials as needed.
  • Coordinate hands-on training activities including on-site and community-based projects.
  • Demonstrate proper use of tools and equipment with an emphasis on safety.
Student Development and Placement
  • Assist with student recruitment, placement, and employability training as directed.
  • Monitor, mentor, and coach students.
  • Foster positive working relationships with and between funders, program partners, and other personnel.
  • Participate in outreach and employer relationship development.
Classroom Management
  • Perform various administrative and reporting functions as required.
  • Ensure proper use, storage, and security of tools, equipment, etc.
  • Adhere to all applicable safety protocols (OSHA 10).
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical trades, a high school diploma or equivalent, and/or relevant work experience. A competitive salary and benefits package will be offered to the successful candidate.

Salary

$65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
