PDDN INC. is seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical MES Expert - IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role plays a critical part in supporting and maintaining Manufacturing Execution Systems within pharmaceutical manufacturing environments. As the lead for MES Plant Services, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate tasks among team members, and ensure alignment with production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead MES Plant Services Management: Act as the lead for MES Plant Services, overseeing daily operations, coordinating tasks among team members, and ensuring alignment with production goals.
- Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within MES operations, leveraging user feedback and performance data to enhance system functionality and user experience.
Technical Requirements:
- Technical Support: Provide first-level and second-level technical support for MES applications, addressing user inquiries and issues promptly.
- System Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor system performance and availability, ensuring that MES applications operate efficiently.
- User Access Management: Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring proper access levels are granted based on roles and responsibilities.
- Training and Documentation: Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for end-users on MES functionalities and troubleshooting techniques.
