Job DescriptionARK Systems is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Salisbury. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.
Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of documents, reports, and proposals.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Provide administrative support to management staff as needed.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in an office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other business applications.
