We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team at TPI Partners. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including data entry, customer service, and record-keeping.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Enter customer Purchase Orders into our ERP system
  • Cross-train on other administrative duties to allow for advancement
  • Perform accounts payable posting

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
