About Us: RENU Property Management is a comprehensive property management firm established in 2009, dedicated to assisting clients in the acquisition, renovation, and management of their rental portfolios. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of over 3000 properties within Homeowners Associations.
  • Coordinate property and rental registrations efficiently.
  • Address HOA violations promptly and ensure their resolution.
  • Review and enforce neighborhood covenants and restrictions.
  • Handle HOA billing processes, including invoice and payment management.
  • Communicate effectively with external HOA companies and internal accounts payable teams.
  • Develop and maintain tracking systems for managing multiple HOAs across various locations.
  • Manage correspondence from HOAs, including emails and mail.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Success Metrics:

  • Timely and accurate resolution of HOA violations.
  • Compliance with resident registration requirements.
  • Thorough auditing of systems and critical thinking to ensure data accuracy.
  • Fostering strong internal relationships.
  • Proactive problem-solving capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred: One year of experience in property management.
  • Strong commitment to maintaining our national brand.
  • Required: A solid work ethic.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high volumes of work.
  • Strong critical thinking abilities and high emotional intelligence.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in computer use, with a requirement to navigate online company software platforms.
