The Community Engagement Coordinator will support the Executive Vice President of Business Development at Wabash General Hospital District by enhancing the involvement of employees and volunteers.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning

Plan, execute, and promote corporate events for staff, including:

Oversee recognitions related to healthcare observances and ensure that all Board of Directors, Medical Staff, volunteers, and staff are acknowledged for their birthdays and work anniversaries.

Facility Presentation

Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by decorating the facility according to seasonal themes. Manage the distribution of Company Store orders and contribute to the creation of the employee newsletter.

Collaboration and Support

Work closely with the Marketing Department to address the marketing needs of Wabash General Hospital District. Participate in community events as required, which may involve attendance outside of standard business hours.
