About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Patient Experience Manager to join our team at Marque Urgent Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, communicating effectively with patients and staff, and ensuring a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient care, including scheduling appointments and managing patient flow.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and staff, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ensure a positive patient experience by providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with medical personnel and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient experience from check-in to discharge.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of patient interactions, appointments, and inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in administrative tasks.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
