We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Samaritan Healthcare. As a Clinic RN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care, including medication management, wound care, and education.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, identifying potential health risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Washington State RN Licensure.
- Experience as an acute care registered nurse preferred.
- Ability to perform the primary functions of a Registered Nurse in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of all assigned patients.
- Experience in family medicine or a related field.
- Knowledge of electronic medical records and other healthcare technologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
