Compensation Overview
First Year Salary Range: $296,446
Our Moses Lake Division
Experience the joys of lakeside living in the welcoming community of Moses Lake, Washington. Our Family Medicine team comprises six physicians and three advanced practice providers when fully staffed. This recruitment is for the replacement of a long-serving physician.
Position Highlights
- Standard four-day work week
- Outpatient care only with a 1:6 nurse triaged call schedule
- Onsite services including lab, X-ray, CT scan, MRI, and integrated behavioral health
- Multi-specialty clinic with readily available specialist support
- Patient load: 20-25 patients per day
- Utilization of EPIC Electronic Medical Record system
- Clinic operating hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Our Ephrata Division
Embrace a rural lifestyle in our state-of-the-art Family Medicine Clinic, supported by our nearby multi-specialty group. This practice includes two physicians and three advanced practice providers when fully staffed.
Position Highlights
- Standard four-day work week
- Outpatient care only with a 1:5 nurse triaged, very light call
- Onsite services including lab draw, X-ray, anticoagulation, dietary, and behavioral health
- Multi-specialty clinic with accessible specialist support in nearby locations
- Patient load: 20-25 patients per day
- Utilization of EPIC Electronic Medical Record system
- Clinic operating hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

- Compensation: First-year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, transitioning to RVU production in the second year. Initial salary placement is based on training, experience, and certifications. Actual salaries may vary based on qualifications.
- Time off: Up to 6 weeks of time off (for full-time, four-day production work week after the first year, non-immigration status)
- Government site qualified: HPSA Score 13
- Relocation expenses covered, including packing: up to $20,000

- Board certified or board eligible Family Medicine physician
- Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State
