About Our Moses Lake Team
Experience the joys of lakeside living in the sunny and family-oriented Moses Lake, Washington. Our Family Medicine team comprises six Physicians and three Advanced Practice Providers when fully staffed. This recruitment is aimed at filling the vacancy left by a retiring long-term physician.
Position Overview
- Standard four-day work week
- Outpatient focus with 1:6 nurse triaged call
- Onsite services including Lab, X-ray, CT scan, MRI, and integrated behavioral health
- Multi-specialty clinic with immediate access to specialists for support
- Patient load: approximately 20-25 patients per day
- Utilization of EPIC Electronic Medical Record
- Clinic hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

About Our Ephrata Team
Embrace a rural lifestyle in our state-of-the-art Family Medicine Clinic, supported by our nearby multi-specialty group. This practice consists of two physicians and three advanced practice providers when fully staffed.

- Clinic hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

- Compensation: First-year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, transitioning to RVU production in the second year. Initial salary placement considers training, experience, and certifications, with actual salaries varying based on qualifications.
- Time off: Up to 6 weeks of leave for full-time, four-day work week after the first year, excluding immigration status.
- Government site qualified: HPSA Score 13
- Relocation expenses covered, including packing, up to $20,000

Candidate Qualifications
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
- Ability to secure an active medical license in Washington State
