Family Medicine Opportunity in Washington State
We are seeking a skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our team at Archway Physician Recruitment. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity in a traditional in/outpatient setting.
Key Highlights:
- Service Area: 150,000 people
- Employed Opportunity: Full-time, permanent position
- Call Schedule: 1:4 to 1:6
- Practice Hours: Monday through Friday, 20 to 25 patients per day
- Compensation: Guarantee based on MGMA 50th percentile for the first two years, then based on provider productivity
- Bonuses: Opportunity to earn an additional $20,000 per year for achieving specific quality goals
- Benefits: Paid medical malpractice insurance, certifications, licensure, competitive insurance benefits, employer contributions to pension plan, up to $3,000 per year for CME, and up to 35 days scheduled time away from the clinic
