Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure new automated gate operators.
  • Troubleshoot and rectify issues with existing systems.
  • Assess risks to clients and propose effective solutions.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on automated systems.
  • Manage inventory of service components.
  • Be available for after-hours service calls as needed.
  • Document job details and updates using a tablet.
  • Engage in sales activities during slower periods.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in security system installation, maintenance, or related fields.
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools.
  • Ability to manage a physically demanding workload.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
  • Ability to work in high temperatures during summer months.
  • A clean driving record is mandatory, as a company vehicle will be used.
  • Comfortable using technology, including tablets.
