A leading provider of engineering, development, and installation of large-scale, energy-efficient HVAC systems is seeking a talented individual to design, program, and commission advanced building automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and program building automation systems, with a strong focus on Tridium Niagara platforms.
  • Develop and implement custom control sequences to meet project requirements and enhance system performance.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate various building systems, including HVAC, lighting, and energy management, into a single cohesive platform.
  • Commission and test control systems to ensure optimal functionality and adherence to project specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues during and after project completion.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients and other team members.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in Tridium Niagara, and other emerging building automation technologies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Building Automation Programmer, with a strong focus on Tridium Niagara.
  • Proficiency in programming and integrating with Tridium Niagara (AX and N4).
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, energy management, and related building technologies.
  • BACnet, MODbus and/or Lonworks experience.
  • Familiarity with one or more of the following BAS systems: Schneider Electric, Siemens, JCI, ALC, Trane, Honeywell, KMC, or others.
