Strategic Healthcare Practice Leader

BSA LifeStructures is seeking a seasoned Architecture Leader to drive the success of our Healing (Healthcare) practice. As the strategic leader, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting Principals in client selection and project pursuits, positioning BSA LifeStructures as an industry leader and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Healing practice, ensuring accountability and high proposal and interview success rates.
- Pursue and secure large projects over $80M, achieving revenue targets and maintaining strong relationships with top-tier clients.
- Collaborate with Principals to identify key opportunities, select clients strategically, and sustain relationships.
- Develop and promote practice-related content, elevate the firm's national presence through speaking engagements and publications, and work with the president to build a national platform for expertise delivery and revenue growth.
- Represent the company at industry events, engage in continuous education, and mentor colleagues.
Requirements
- Accredited Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
- Professional Licensure in Architecture, with an NCARB certificate preferred.
- At least 15 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus in healthcare projects.
