Job Summary
The Director of Professional Services plays a pivotal role in leading our Professional Services Organization, driving strategic vision, and delivering best-in-class services to our customers. Reporting to the Vice President of Professional Services, this leader is responsible for developing and executing strategies to deliver high-quality services, including consulting, implementation, and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to deliver exceptional services, meet revenue targets, and drive customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the VP of Professional Services to establish and manage goals and responsibilities for the services team.
- Promote the value of Prometheus Group's Professional Services through hands-on technical preparation and presentation work for key accounts.
- Lead the Professional Services team to achieve billable utilization targets, core knowledge, communication, and execution excellence.
- Establish a high bar for team member expectations and provide timely feedback and development assistance.
- Monitor performance, provide guidance, and lead services team members to their optimum performance levels and career development.
- Manage resource assignments, staffing levels, and recruitment as needed.
- Identify and implement process improvements and tool enhancements to support the services team.
- Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on Prometheus Group product releases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Extensive experience in professional services or consulting roles, preferably within the enterprise software or technology industry.
- Working knowledge of maintenance practices highly preferred.
- 5+ years' experience working with ERP, EAM, and CMMS solutions required.
- Proven track record of managing revenue targets for PS services.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align professional services initiatives with overall company goals.
- Top-notch leadership and people management skills, inspiring and motivating teams to deliver exceptional results.
