Strategic Product Lead

Job Overview:
Hitachi Energy is seeking a seasoned product leader to spearhead the product strategy of its enterprise software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and be able to drive business growth through strategic product decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product direction.
- Develop and maintain business plans to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities through partnerships and acquisitions.
- Communicate market opportunities and product requirements to cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Empower sales teams with messaging and tools to drive revenue growth.
- Analyze product profitability and sales success to inform future product decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in product management with a software product development organization.
- Experience with agile project management platforms, CRM tools, interface design tools, and process mapping applications.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and adjacent software markets.
