">The ideal candidate will have a significant track record of working in single-family and homebuilding environments, ideally for a production homebuilder.
">Required Skills and Qualifications

- 5 years of real estate experience or ground-up construction sales experience in centralized environments.">
- 8 years of new home sales management experience.">
- Proven ability to support sales staff while coaching them on effective sales presentation and processes.">
- Strong negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills.">
- A successful track record of purchasing process improvement, team leadership, and operational oversight.">
- A strong understanding of the needs of customers in the housing market.">
- A strong knowledge and ease of use with CRM and production software.">
- A proven track record of building and managing professional sales teams in high-performing, rapidly growing environments.">
