Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Sales Director to join our team at The WFS Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop high-value new account opportunities to drive growth for The WFS Group.
  • Leverage expertise in revenue operations (RevOps) to align customer acquisition models with strategic goals.
  • Take ownership of all account acquisition tasks from initial contact to contract execution.
  • Conduct thorough underwriting and account evaluation to assess growth potential and ensure a seamless handoff through the onboarding and integration of new accounts.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and leadership on strategic growth plans and new revenue targets.
  • Utilize insights to refine and optimize the sales acquisition process for efficiency.
  • Manage the entire account acquisition sales motion from paid, organic, and cold email channels.
  • Engage in high-level negotiations to secure agreements and build strong client relationships.
  • Evaluate sophisticated outreach tactics using data platforms to identify and engage high-potential prospects and manage all inbound opportunities generated from direct response campaigns to maximize conversion.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of closing deals with high 6 or 7-figure contract values.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and enjoy dynamic, fast-paced settings where change and growth are constant.
  • Results-driven and thrive in environments where you can lead initiatives that directly impact business growth.
  • Strong understanding of revenue operations (RevOps) and ability to leverage expertise to align customer acquisition models with strategic goals.
