We are seeking an experienced Clinical Educator to organize and oversee nursing operations. The ideal candidate will be a committed and patient-focused nurse leader who can provide effective and patient-centered care and leadership to the clinical staff.

Responsibilities
  • Plans, conducts, and evaluates organized orientation and training programs for newly hired employees.
  • Assists in planning and coordinating training programs for all departments within the facility.
  • Maintains training records and program materials as required by Federal and State regulations.
  • Assumes a proactive role in resolving resident issues and concerns related to assigned areas of responsibility.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Clinical Educator, preferred
  • Great knowledge of legal regulations and best practices in healthcare
  • Willingness to keep abreast of changing standards in nursing administration
  • Excellent ability to lead and develop personnel
  • Great communication and people skills
  • Outstanding organizational and stress management skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Valid RN license
