Onboarding Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Employment Activities:
- Coordinate pre-employment checks, such as background screenings, reference verifications, and drug tests.
- Provide necessary information and documentation to new hires prior to their start date.
- Onboarding Process:
- Assist new hires with standardized onboarding process that aligns with company policies and best practices.
- Coordinate orientation sessions with clients where applicable.
- Facilitate new hire paperwork and documentation completion.
- Post-Hire Support:
- Monitor and track new hire progress.
- Provide ongoing support and resources to new hires as needed.
- Address any questions or concerns raised by new hires.
- Technology and Systems:
- Manage and maintain the onboarding software or system.
- Ensure accurate data entry and record keeping.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest onboarding trends and technologies.
- Employee Experience:
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming employee experience during the onboarding process.
- Gather feedback from new hires to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- Experience in onboarding or human resources administration
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using HR software and systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Recruiting experience preferred but not required
