HR Business Partner

The Spokane Club Inc is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR guidance and support to our leadership team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for driving business results through effective people management practices.

About the Role:
This role involves partnering with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives. You will provide expert advice on HR-related matters, including talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement. Your strong business acumen and ability to communicate complex HR concepts to non-HR stakeholders will enable us to make informed decisions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on HR-related matters, including talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to understand their HR needs and concerns.
  • Conduct analysis and make recommendations to improve HR processes and systems.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
A Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, along with five or more years of experience in HR or a related field, is required. SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred. Proven track record of successful HR strategy development and implementation is essential. Strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also required. Knowledge of HRIS systems and ability to analyze and interpret HR data are highly desirable.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per annum
