Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and extend our brand to consumers and potential new teammates.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce promotional and digital materials, such as flyers, postcards, brochures, social media, web banners, and trade show materials.
  • Manage and maintain social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter.
  • Coordinate seminar events and trade shows, including identifying requirements, assembling and coordinating logistics, and ensuring RESPA-compliance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Plan and execute events, such as open houses, client appreciation events, lunch and learns, golf sponsorships, and home-buying webinars.
  • Train and support Loan Officers on marketing software tools.
  • Organize the production of branded items, such as stationery and promotional merchandise.

Requirements:

  • College degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • 0-2 years of proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Assistant, or similar marketing role.
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and customer service skills.
  • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with Project Management Software and Adobe Creative Suite.
