As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative learning and development programs that support the full employment lifecycle, including onboarding, professional and career development, and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to conduct needs assessments, identify skill gaps, and align training initiatives with business objectives
  • Design, develop, and/or implement learning and development programs that support the full employment lifecycle
  • Facilitate training and development sessions, interactive meetings, coaching, and assessments via multiple modalities to diverse audiences
  • Develop and maintain curriculum, facilitation guides, and materials to support training efforts
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
  • Support the global Performance and Talent Management Processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Collaborate with DEI and Culture teams to ensure that key organizational values and practices are integrated into L&D initiatives
  • Partner with external vendors where appropriate and manage vendor agreements when necessary
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or relevant field
  • 6+ years demonstrated experience designing and executing talent management/learning and development programs and courses in multiple modalities, including face-to-face, live-online, and self-paced learning
