Oral Surgery Practice Coordinator Specialist

We are a leading oral surgery practice in Omaha, Nebraska, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and providing top-notch service to our referring doctors. Our goal is to find a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and compassionate individual to join our team and help us continue to serve our community with all their oral surgery needs.
The Treatment Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring that patients receive the best possible clinical outcomes while meeting their unique needs. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Job Responsibilities- Greet patients, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, provide cost estimates, and collect patient financial responsibilities in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the doctor's schedule to optimize their time and ensure efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver an outstanding patient experience.
- Prioritize tasks against the patient schedule and adhere to deadlines.
- Collect payments from patients in a respectful and effective manner.
- Understand treatment recommendations and develop personalized treatment plans from diagnosis.
- Communicate treatment options and associated costs to patients clearly and effectively.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; one year of customer service experience is also necessary.
- A background in medical or dental experience is highly valued.
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
