Oral Surgery Coordinator Lead

At Nebraska Oral & Facial Surgery, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the exceptional care of our patients.
About the RoleThe Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for providing outstanding patient service, ensuring smooth appointment scheduling, and maintaining accurate records. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the delivery of quality care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Service: Greet patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor, answer phone calls promptly, and respond to electronic communication in a timely manner.
- Scheduling: Schedule appointments efficiently, optimize patient satisfaction, and prepare daily schedules for providers.
- Chart Preparation: Prepare patient charts accurately and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Patient Flow Management: Manage patient flow to minimize wait times and ensure a seamless experience.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of customer service experience.

- Basic office skills, including typing and filing.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
