About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at British Swim School. As a key member of our poolside team, you will play a critical role in providing an exceptional customer experience for our students and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and break down the pool deck area before and after each shift
  • Check water chemistry and temperature prior to swim lessons
  • Welcome students and parents/guardians to the pool deck area
  • Answer customers' questions about their account, their child's progress, or about the program
  • Assist swim instructors and managers when needed during swim lessons
  • Post media content and monitor social media platforms
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
  • Have a responsible and professional demeanor
  • Preferred qualifications: 1+ years of customer service experience, Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED Certification(s), may be obtained during training
