Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their IT needs promptly and efficiently.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software configuration issues on-site.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients through clear communication and timely follow-up.
  • Work independently and collaboratively to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately and maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of professional IT Service Desk and/or on-site support experience
  • Strong understanding of Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10 and 11) and Apple Mac
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Office 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, MS Intune/MDM, LAN/WAN/Wireless technologies
  • Experience with remote desktop services, network printers, scanners, and cable management
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work flexible hours and prioritize tasks effectively
Education
  • High School Diploma or Associate's degree in IT or equivalent work experience
  • Microsoft Certifications and/or other relevant IT certifications are a plus
