Role Summary:

The Performance Management Supervisor plays a pivotal role within the Performance Management Team, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Performance Management and Analytics. This position serves as a vital link between data analytics and clinical leadership, assisting regional teams in identifying needs and delivering insightful, data-driven recommendations to enhance clinical and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert on business intelligence tools, providing guidance and support to regional teams for effective utilization.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover clinical and operational trends, collaborating with leadership to implement improvements.
  • Assist in the development and execution of corrective action plans, defining performance metrics and analyzing trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Create detailed operational and financial models to assess the impact of various business strategies and operational changes.
  • Work closely with regional finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial documents.
  • Review and analyze monthly financial reports, identifying variances and contributing to discussions on corrective actions.
  • Support business development initiatives by demonstrating business intelligence platforms and applying analytical expertise to enhance partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Data Management team to maintain data quality and integrity.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of the following attributes:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, along with a strong understanding of data structures and quality assessment.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years in data analytics, with experience in creating presentations for executive audiences and familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
