Service Manager

The Maintenance Supervisor is a key member of the LSA MANAGEMENT, INC. team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to residents and ensuring the maintenance of the property. This role requires a strong background in multifamily property maintenance, with a minimum of 3 years of experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
Key Responsibilities- Resident Relations and Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure consistency and follow-through in dealing with residents on all matters.
- Enforce policies of the community as delegated by the Community Manager.
- Maintenance Management
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, including repairs and replacements, to ensure the property is well-maintained and safe for residents.
- Inspect the property daily to identify and correct hazardous conditions or liability concerns.
- Manage and order maintenance supplies, adhering to budget guidelines set by the Community Manager.
- Staff Leadership
- Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance activities for maintenance staff.
- Monitor work progress and provide immediate assistance and instruction as needed.
- Provide input for employee performance evaluations.
- At least 3 years of multifamily property maintenance experience.
- One year of supervisory experience required.
- Expertise in general plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, electrical, and carpentry work.
- HVAC certification.
- Very strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Solid interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Must be available for on-call and weekend work.
