PureCars Enterprise Performance Manager Job Description

At PureCars, we're seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Performance Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the paid advertising strategy for one of our largest clients, Asbury Automotive Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Asbury's marketing executives to develop and execute a comprehensive paid advertising strategy
  • Adjust paid search campaigns to optimize performance and improve ROI
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as impression share, CTR, conversion rate, and cost per click
  • Collaborate with the client's marketing staff to execute budget changes and additional paid advertising requests
  • Ensure all ad copy is compliant with OEM standards

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in paid search campaign management
  • Google Ads certifications and experience with Bing Ads a plus
  • Ability to analyze data and make actionable decisions
  • Strong relationship management skills and experience interfacing with managers and executives
  • Detail-oriented with experience manipulating large data sets
