As a Maintenance Supervisor with TRG Management Company LP, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties. Your primary focus will be on maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and efficient maintenance services to our residents.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare or assist in preparing all market-ready apartments for rent, including painting, carpet cleaning, general repairs, and housekeeping.
  • Perform various preventative maintenance functions and record findings in the maintenance log.
  • Conduct regular community inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Respond to resident service requests and concerns within 24 hours.
  • Perform on-call emergency service as required.
  • Work with the general maintenance staff to maintain grounds and common areas, keeping them free of trash and debris.
  • Monitor and maintain all mechanical equipment on the community, including water heaters, HVAC units, and other essential systems.
Additional Job Functions
  • Attend and participate in training programs as requested.
  • Assist with and attend community-sponsored resident activities and functions.
  • Diagnose and repair malfunctioning apparatus, including transformers, motors, and lighting fixtures.
  • Replace damaged or broken wires and cables.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
