Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct the parking operation and staff
  • Handle guest-related concerns and issues
  • Ensure associates follow proper attendance and timekeeping procedures
  • Conduct staff meetings and communicate daily information
  • Maintain a work-friendly atmosphere and team environment
  • Communicate effectively with associates, guests, and managers
  • Conduct proper tip handling and reporting
  • Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues proactively
  • Supervise valet team to ensure proper key handling and safe parking/retrieval of vehicles
  • Follow proper procedures for associate or guest incidents/accidents
  • Maintain a safe environment for associates and guests

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

  • Exposed to all outdoor weather conditions
  • May stand for up to 8 hours at a time
  • Physical demands include running to and from vehicles and parking areas

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years old
  • Customer service experience
  • Basic math skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass background and motor vehicle record checks
  • Ability to run, retrieve vehicles, and lift luggage up to 50 pounds
  • Leadership skills and ability to lead a team
  • Ability to drive a standard (stick-shift) vehicle
