Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Contact Center Representative to join our team. This is a full-time hybrid position with a Saturday rotation.

The ideal candidate will have prior banking experience and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities
  • Assist members with financial transactions, including receiving checks, processing payments, transfers, account maintenance, opening accounts, and establishing services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, chat, mail, and email.
  • Explain financial services and products to members and potential members.
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve member concerns.
Requirements
  • Prior banking experience highly desired.
  • Minimum 2 years customer service and call center experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
