Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Manager to join our team at All Ways Caring HomeCare. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality care and customer satisfaction for our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery of quality care and services to clients in their homes
  • Supervise and mentor a team of caregivers to ensure excellent customer service and care delivery
  • Manage client relationships and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with referral partners, payor sources, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Conduct regular home visits and safety checks to ensure client safety and well-being
Requirements
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, nursing, social services)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, care management, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
