Customer Service Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Manager to join our team at All Ways Caring HomeCare. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality care and customer satisfaction for our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the delivery of quality care and services to clients in their homes
- Supervise and mentor a team of caregivers to ensure excellent customer service and care delivery
- Manage client relationships and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with referral partners, payor sources, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
- Conduct regular home visits and safety checks to ensure client safety and well-being
- Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, nursing, social services)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, care management, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
