Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or BPO environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer bases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
