Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Consultant to join our team at Moses Lake Community Health Center. As a key member of our integrated care team, you will work closely with primary care physicians to provide comprehensive behavioral health services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with primary care physicians to develop and implement integrated care plans for patients with behavioral health needs
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients, addressing a range of conditions including depression, anxiety, and trauma
  • Work with patients to develop and implement behavioral treatment plans to improve overall functioning and quality of life
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and share best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in behavioral health and integrate evidence-based treatments into practice
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, social work, or counseling
  • Independent license to practice in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
