Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Ken Garff. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Greet all customers promptly and professionally, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
    • Listen attentively to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify service needs and resolve concerns.
    • Provide customers with updates, estimates, and inspection results in a timely manner, ensuring transparency and clarity.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth
    • Sell additional services to customers when appropriate, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience.
    • Review all completed work and recommendations, collecting payments from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient knowledge in Dealer Management System (DMS) and any other essential software programs to look up customer's service history, schedule appointments, enter repair order information, and manage information.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
