Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team at webuyanycar USA. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in building trust with customers and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and growth.
  • Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including in-person, phone, email, and text.
  • Assess and purchase customer vehicles, ensuring a seamless and transparent process.
  • Collaborate with Area Managers to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of sales and customer service experience.
  • State-issued driver's license with a clean driving record and no major violations within the past three years.
  • Background checks required.
Benefits
  • Guaranteed annual base salary of $36,500, with additional commission opportunities.
  • Stipend provided during 60-day training period.
  • Benefits package, including health, vision, dental, 401K, and life insurance, after 90 days of full-time service.
