Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor customer interactions to ensure adherence to internal and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues impacting customer satisfaction.
  • Provide actionable feedback to stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
  • Compile performance data and reporting to support business decisions.
  • Develop and deploy tracking mechanisms to assess training needs and improve quality.
  • Lead calibrations with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the Customer Engagement Center.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; professional license, certification, or specialized training preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and data entry.

Work Environment:

  • This is a full-time remote position, Monday-Friday, with flexibility required during peak season.
