Omaha Steaks is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist II to join our Customer Engagement Center team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customer interactions meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer interactions to ensure adherence to internal and regulatory standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues impacting customer satisfaction.
- Provide actionable feedback to stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
- Compile performance data and reporting to support business decisions.
- Develop and deploy tracking mechanisms to assess training needs and improve quality.
- Lead calibrations with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the Customer Engagement Center.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; professional license, certification, or specialized training preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and data entry.
Work Environment:
- This is a full-time remote position, Monday-Friday, with flexibility required during peak season.
