We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of **Site Operations Manager** at Friendship Community Care. This is a full-time position responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Senior Citizen Center and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the center operates in accordance with AAA guidelines and regulations.
  • Develop and implement daily social activities that promote engagement and well-being among participants.
  • Coordinate transportation services for all participants, ensuring timely and safe transportation.
  • Oversee the Home Delivered Meal Program and Congregate Meal Program, ensuring compliance with AAA guidelines.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise all SAC staff, ensuring they meet the necessary qualifications and standards.
  • Manage all necessary paperwork and documentation for services billing purposes.
  • Coordinate building and vehicle maintenance, ensuring a safe and functional environment.
  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support the center's programs and local income needs.
  • Participate in annual budget planning and ensure the assigned site remains within budget.
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are followed, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Conduct outreach activities and community awareness campaigns to promote the center's services.
  • Coordinate required training for staff and participants, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Assist the head cook in ordering food and completing raw food sheets.
  • Support the head cook in producing monthly menus and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred; preferably with one to three years' experience and or training; or equivalent combination of both education and experience.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Work Environment

The work environment is moderate, with occasional exposure to noise and distractions. This is a safety-sensitive position, and the organization reserves the right to revise or change job duties as needed.
