Clarksville Connected Utilities is seeking a highly skilled Finance Officer to join our senior management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the organization's financial planning and accounting practices
  • Report financial trends and performance indicators to the General Manager and commissioners
  • Perform general ledger entries, cash management, tax reporting, analysis, and financial statement preparation in compliance with GAAP standards
  • Be the key contact for external auditors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Eight to ten years of accounting experience, including five years in a senior-level management position
  • Ability to multitask and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and accounting software
  • CPA/MBA preferred
