Johnson Regional Medical Center seeks a highly skilled and experienced Director of Revenue Cycle to lead our revenue cycle operations. This key leadership role is responsible for managing and directing all revenue cycle functions to ensure efficient operations and optimal collection rates.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve revenue cycle performance and efficiency.
- Manage and direct revenue cycle staff to ensure effective teamwork and motivation.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with administrative, clinical, and physician leadership across the organization.
- Partner with key stakeholders to interpret trends in Key Performance Metrics and guide management decisions.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and implement new fiscal policies as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Five (5) years of progressive management experience in a healthcare business setting, with at least three (3) years in a related leadership role.
- Two (2) years of experience in healthcare accounts receivable, payor relations, and contracting, and/or healthcare regulation as it relates to revenue cycle.
- Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) or Executive of Healthcare Revenue Cycle (EHRC) preferred.
- Effective analytical ability to develop and analyze operations, recommend solutions to complex problems, and propose enhancements to operational processes.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals from various backgrounds and levels of expertise.
- Ability to partner to ensure regulatory compliance and successfully work collaboratively with key stakeholders.
