Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced and passionate chef to join our team at Our Lady of Hope Health Center. As a senior dining services professional, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards. You will work closely with our dietary aides and wait staff to ensure that our residents receive exceptional service and enjoy high-quality food.
This is a full-time position working 36-40 hours per week. The successful candidate can expect to earn up to $19.50 per hour.
Responsibilities- Prepare and cook meals according to standardized recipes and procedures
- Supervise and guide dietary aides and wait staff to ensure excellent customer service and quality food
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Perform other related duties as assigned
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year experience as a cook or chef in a similar setting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of sanitation codes and regulations
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
